Concept for the Learning Garden at the Michelle Obama Library
There is a learning garden at the Michelle Obama Library in North Long Beach. It's a wonderful experiment in open community gardening and I'm really excited about it. The wall facing the garden is the backside of an AutoZone. I think it'd be much better utilized as a mural having to do with one of the crops in the garden, the strawberry! This is just a concept piece. If it moves forward into reality, I'll definitely be updating with progress pictures. Wish me luck!
Intended mediums: Spray paint, acrylic paint. Size approx: 25x70'
A Life of Possibilities
This is a 10'x32' mural painted at 1639 South Street in North Long Beach. My concept was to paint kids from the neighborhood in all kinds of colors to represent all the chances and opportunities you have open to you when you're a kid. My hope is that this mural can inspire young people to see those chances and also to inspire adults to help their children take those chances and turn them into great opportunities.

Psychic Animal - Weird Series
I made this in my backyard!
The Tree at the Bluff
This is a portable mural I collaborated on with Tracy Negrete, David Hedden, and Laura Duphily. It is covered in upcycled materials from the Creative Re-Use Depot and some stuff we had at our house.
99c Store Outlet Mural Concept Sketch
This sketch was requested for a possible mural site on Atlantic and 60th in Long Beach. I chose a panther for this site due to it's proximity to Jordan High, whose mascot is a black panther.
